Blind baking a tart shell can be a huge struggle! Here are some tips that helped me get it right 🤍✨ 1) Brush the tart pan with butter. This way, the dough adheres better to the pan, preventing it from sliding down or shrinking during baking. 2) When rolling out the dough, make sure it’s not too thin and is rolled out evenly.
