Michaela North: "18.1! Got to join in on some of the #crossfitopen fun today. Nick Fowler scaled it down for me with consideration for my core. We subbed ring rows for toes to bar, and used a 25 lb. dumbbell instead of a 35 lb. Can I still use a 35 lb. comfortably? YES. But scaling is what is best for my core right now. Pressing overhead can cause more pressure on my abs, so we wanted it light enough that I had to use very little core to press the weight overhead. 🌟My score was 9 rounds 20 reps
