My heart hurts so bad making this post. I can’t forget. No matter how many times I try- How hard it was to give myself grace when I was unable to stop crying and hyperventilating with a 31 week baby inside of me, just hoping he couldn’t hear me. I can’t forget. The amount of times I asked for a hug, Only to be told that my sadness made me a bad mom. I can’t forget. Being so embarrassed to tell people that I spent the first week as a mom alone, going to all the appointments and almost passing out
