Behind the walls of a maximum security prison in Cebu, something incredible happens every morning. Nearly 1,500 hardcore inmates gather for a heart-pumping display of synchronized dancing to YMCA. The warden seems more like a musical show director than a prison overseer. The happiest prison in the world, perhaps? #CebuPrison #InmatesDance #PrisonReform #SynchronizedDance #ViralVideo | Prison Stories
