Higgins ❤️ As our adorable chunky monkey grew, he outgrew his tiny chihuahua foster mama Maria and her itty bitty daughters Talia and Kesha. He has transitioned to his own foster home where he is thriving. Our sweet little boy is around 5 weeks old now. We’re told he was found orphaned and he came to us at around a week old. We wonder if he was abandoned because he appears to be a double merle, with the likelihood of sight/hearing impairment. The coming weeks will tell. Either way he was adopted
