Hard to believe it has been 6 years since COVID, and just as wild to realize 6 more years have passed in the music industry. I took time to look at how many artists debuted between 1990 and 1996. The list is crazy. These rappers and R&B acts practically define both genres. What does that tell us? A lot of talent today is getting lost in the rush to just put music out, with little room for real artistic development or for records to actually grow. This has killed both genres. Younger generations
