Our 2025 homestead recap! We started early this year in January instead of the usual February with maple syrup. There was a perfect week in January so we took the chance and got an extra two gallons of syrup by doing so, the rest was from February. We started seeds in March, April, and May indoors to plant outside. We do this based on what needs started soonest but we also direct sow most of our seeds into the soil.
