A judge has granted defendants in two murder cases access to some records from Proctor’s work and personal cellphones

The two-hour "Center of the Storm" broadcast features lead investigator Michael Proctor responding to allegations that he framed Karen Read for her boyfriend's murder.

"Overall, myself and every detective in that office worked this case like we always do, so I wouldn't change anything," Michael Proctor said.
