The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered a 116-101 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves Thursday night — its worst loss by point differential of the 2024-25 season. Oklahoma City managed to tie the game not long after halftime despite falling behind by 17 points midway through the second quarter but ultimately ran out of steam.

It was that type of lethargic night for OKC before the All-Star break. The Oklahoma City Thunder looked like they were on fumes in their 116-101 loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves. It was the first time all year that they failed to lead at any point of the game.

After their massive comeback victory against the Miami Heat Wednesday night 115-101, the Oklahoma City Thunder now begin their three-game roadtrip, with the first game coming against seventh-ranked Timberwolves.
