President's Day Weekend is always one of the busiest weekends of the year at Colorado's ski areas, and this year snowy conditions could make it a challenging drive for Coloradans from the Front Range who are hoping to visit the resorts.

CDOT said travelers in the mountains need to be prepared as snowfall continues to accumulate in the area. Skiers and hockey players living in the high country say the snow is welcome.

Last month, over 1 million vehicles passed through the Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnel, and CDOT is expecting at least 1 million more this month.
