A boil water advisory in place for days in Bogalusa has been lifted. The boil water advisory was lifted Tuesday morning after being in place since last Friday. More than 5,000 residents, along with the city’s hospital, paper mill, City Hall, and local schools were affected by the boil water advisory.

Basile - Town of Basile water customers who reside west of the intersection of Alpha Romeo Road and Bearcat Road, North and South along Bearcat Road to the address of 1706 Bearcat Road are under a boil water advisory until water samples are cleared.

A boil water advisory has been issued for residents in parts of Chatham-Kent, including Mitchell’s Bay, Grande Pointe and Bass Haven.

The city of Aiken Engineering and Utilities Department issued two boil water advisories on Tuesday due to early morning water main breaks.
