Wall Street falls following Trump's tariffs but pares its losses after Mexico announces a delay
The S&P 500 was down 1% in morning trading following worse losses for stock markets across Asia and Europe. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 233 points, or 0.5%, as of 10:30 a.m. Eastern time, and the Nasdaq composite was 1.4% lower. The Dow had been down as many as 665 points in early trading.
