After UCLA baseball defeated UTSA in two games in the Los Angeles Super Regional, advancing to the Omaha College World Series, UCLA became the only school in the nation to have both its baseball and softball programs advance to the College World Series.

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Monday night’s College World Series contest between UCLA and LSU is in a weather delay. The grounds crew at Charles Schwab Field pulled the tarp out at 7:24pm. The Tigers lead the Bruins 5-3 in after three innings.

The game will resume at the beginning of the top of the fourth inning with LSU leading 5-3, and UCLA coming to bat. The game will be broadcast on the LSU Sports Radio Network, with network TV telecast plans to be determined.
