If you watched the Connecticut Sun battle the Minnesota Lynx, then you saw the Sun totally dominate through three quarters. Yet a fourth-quarter defensive clinic and some big points from Napheesa Collier and Natisha Hiedeman helped the Lynx win 76-70.

Paige Bueckers scored 10 points in her WNBA debut with the Dallas Wings, but was no match for Napheesa Collier and the Minnesota Lynx.

The home opener for the Lynx on Wednesday night at Target Center was briefly overshadowed by a homecoming for Minnesota native Paige Bueckers. She garnered a loud cheer during player introductions for the Dallas Wings before the Lynx ran out of the tunnel.

"Paige Bueckers is the third player in WNBA history to record a points/assists double-double within her first three career games, joining Shoni Schimmel (2014) and Suzie McConnell Serio (1998... and she was 31 years old)," Philippou wrote on X.

There are two undefeated teams, the New York Liberty and Minnesota Lynx, while the Chicago Sky, Connecticut Sun and Dallas Wings are still winless.
