DES ARC, Mo. — Nearly a year after an EF3 tornado tore through the small town of Des Arc, Missouri, signs of recovery are slowly emerging — but for many residents, rebuilding remains a long road.
DES ARC, Mo. — One of Friday's strongest and widest tornadoes took out most of the small town of Des Arc, Missouri. The town of 130 people is about a two hour drive south of St. Louis in Iron County.
