Roblox shares plummeted 11% on disappointing fourth-quarter bookings and daily active user figures. Daily active users came in at 85.3 million, versus a StreetAccount estimate of 88.2 million. The results come amid a rocky stretch for the industry after video game developer Electronic Arts cut its forecast last month.

Roblox Corp. shares dropped as much as 20%, the biggest intraday decline since May, after the video-game platform reported daily active users for the fourth quarter that fell short of analysts’ estimates.

Reddit shares tumbled 13% in premarket trading on Thursday after the social media firm missed expectations for daily active unique visitors, hit by a change in Google's search algorithm. The algorithm change impacted how frequently the platform popped up in Google search results.
