Sacramento, Yolo and Caltrans won a grant to add managed toll lane on Interstate 80 freeway past Davis and over the Yolo Causeway near Sacramento, California.

There is a plan to expand the Yolo Causeway connecting Davis to Sacramento. Caltrans reports at least 147,000 vehicles drive that portion of Interstate 80 daily, and traffic is getting more congested.
