Sierra snow causes traffic delays as Northern California storm continues
Another round of wet weather in Northern California on Friday will bring rain to lower elevations and piles of snow to the Sierra. The KCRA 3 weather team is issuing an Impact Day for Friday because of expected travel delays due to snow.

On Monday at 12:48 p.m. a winter storm warning was issued by the NWS Sacramento CA valid from Tuesday 11 p.m. until Thursday 11 p.m. The warning is for Shasta Lake and Mountains Southwestern Shasta County to Western Colusa County as well as Shasta County.
