At least three people, including a child, are dead after a gunman opened fire in a Target parking lot in Austin, Texas, before stealing two cars and being tasered by police, authorities said.

Three people have died in a shooting in the parking lot of a Target at 8601 Research Boulevard in North Austin, Austin Police said. A suspect is in custody.
