Jack Black, Sabrina Carpenter and the film Wicked were among the big winners at the 2025 Kids' Choice Awards. The awards are handed out to the best performers across kids' TV, films, music and more. 5,000 gallons of the award's iconic green goo were blasted at the winners - that's nearly 19,000 litres of slime.

The King of Comedy award was presented by Black’s Nacho Libre co-stars Ana de la Reguera and Héctor Jiménez, who, Black noted, came from Mexico to present the award. “Viva Mexico,” Black said, another comment that would have seemed innocuous not so long ago but suddenly seemed highly topical.

During the Kids' Choice Awards on Nickelodeon, Jack Black accepted his award for King of Comedy and referenced his beloved film A Minecraft Movie
