Attorney Taylor Renfro told The Arizona Republic that her client chose to return not long after learning their visa was revoked.

While not all the affected schools said immigration status changes were tied to activism, they come as the Trump administration cracks down on students who protested Israel's war in Gaza.

On the heels of at least 19 Texas A&M students and two graduates of the University of Texas at Austin having their student visas revoked without notification, several other Texas universities are now reporting additional students affected by such actions.
