After four years of producing modular, repairable, and upgradeable laptops, Framework is branching out into desktops with the introduction of a new Framework Desktop computer powered by an AMD Strix Halo processor with support for up to a Ryzen AI Max+ 395 16-core, 32-thread processor with 40-core RDNA 3.5 graphics.

Framework has expanded its modular, repairable roots from laptops to desktops witj the Framework Desktop, a small-form-factor PC that uses AMD's latest Ryzen AI Max processor.

Framework is bringing its consumer-friendly, DIY approach to the desktop PC space. It worked with AMD to launch a mini PC with AMD's monster Strix Halo processors.

Framework Desktop brings much of the company's modular flair to the desktop space and excitingly frees AMD Strix Halo APUs from the constraints of a mobile form factor.

Framework is adding an AMD Strix Halo-based desktop, an Intel 2-in-1, and a refreshed Framework Laptop 13 to its lineup.

Framework has announced a substantial upgrade for the Framework Laptop 13, highlighted by the powerful AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series and several notable refinements in and around the laptop’s chassis.

Framework has done it again — it’s built a new AMD-powered modular computer that fits into any previous version of its 13-inch laptop for $449, or that you can buy as a brand-new laptop starting at $899 for DIY or $1,
