Photos were presented to the jury that show some of the evidence in the case against Victor Martinez-Hernandez, the man accused of raping and killing Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five, on August 5,

The prosecution played a 911 call made by Cecilia Occorso, who was among a small group in a search party to discover Morin’s body in a tunnel off the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air.

Both the prosecution and defense expressed concerns about preserving both the dignity of the deceased as well as maintaining the defendant's right to a fair trial if the images were to be published.
