The joint venture brings together Sparc Group’s Aeropostale, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand and Nautica with JCPenney.

JCPenney announced Thursday the company merged with SPARC Group, to form a larger retail organization called Catalyst Brands.
